Do you know what's the best thing about Amritsari Fish Tikka? It takes me back to my childhood memories! I still remember the days when my brother, father, and I used to go out on our Vespa in the evenings and head to the old city of #Amritsar. We would stop at this small corner shop that served the most delicious fish tikka. The shop was tiny, but the flavors were big. The aroma of the spices and the sizzling sound of the tikkas grilling on the hot coals were enough to make our mouths water. The hospitality of the shopkeeper was even bigger than the size of the shop. He would always greet us with a warm smile and treat us like royalty.

The taste of that fish tikka still lingers in my memories. It was unlike any other tikka I had ever tasted. The spices and the tangy lemon flavor blended together perfectly, creating a taste that was simply unforgettable. It was a family tradition for us to visit this shop every week and enjoy this delectable dish.

Sadly, after my dad passed away, those memories became even more imprinted on my soul. Every time I have a bite of that delicious fish tikka, I am transported back to those evenings with my family, and I feel like I am a part of that small corner shop once again. The taste of that fish tikka will always be a part of me, and I will always cherish those memories.

But, let's not forget why we're here, to make this delicious dish. So, let's get back to business and make this amazing Amritsari Fish Tikka!

This recipe is a true winner and will transport you back to your childhood memories just like it does for me. Serve the Amritsari Fish Tikka with some hot naan and green chutney for a delicious meal.
